I know someone who used to have Verizon InPulse.
Their signal/service was great. But as with all pay-as-you-go phones... Expensive!
A better option if you want a pay-as-you-go phone... Verizon's Easy-Pay. it works as a Pay-as-you-go phone. but you have all the features of a "plan" at a MUCH lower cost. You will also have a wider range of phones from which to choose from. Paying the bill is no problem. You don't have to worry about buying cards anymore. Just stop into the Verizon Store once per month to pay your bill. You can also stop into any mall kiosk or Circuit City Store to pay the bill too.
There's no contract/credit checks. you get two plans to choose from on EasyPay
350 minutes at $50 per month or 700 minutes at $70 per month
Both feature unlimited IN calling and 3000 night/weekend minutes. Mobile web 2.0 is .99 cents per day and text msgs are .10 cents each sent/recieved. Pix/Flix msgs are .25 cents each sent/recieved.
