I have a Razr right now..and I love it, I haven't had a single problem with it since I got it 10 months ago. However, I just want to upgrade since I've had this Razr for a while now..so I'm thinking about getting a Cherry Chocolate phone with Verizon. Is this a good switch? Are Chocolate phones better than Razrs? I wouldn't really use the phone for music..so would the battery still go dead quick if all I did was make calls/text?

also, I've heard that the wheel on the front of the Chocolate is very sensitive..so let's say something happened to the wheel a short while after I got the phone, would I be able to get a new phone to replace the broken one? Or would I be responsible for buying a new phone? thank you for any answers
