I love, love, love the Chocolate. I haven't had any problems with it in the ten months that I've had it.
For me, the battery lasts a very long time. I charge it about once a week. I mostly just text and make phone calls. Listen to music only about an hour out of the week. But the battery does last a long time.
About the touch screen "wheel" being sensitive: you can set the sensitivity level. If it did break (very unlikely) your warranty would allow you to get a new one without paying for it.
It's a great phone. My sister, who has a Razr, wishes she'd gotten a Chocolate.
