if you have insurance (not the same as WARRANTY) then you can pay $50 bucks. also if you just got our phone you can go trough warranty that will be free but you will get a re-furbished phone which means recycled. if you dont have either your screwed ou are going to have to pay full price for a new phone. and i wanted an enV too but i had to pay full retail price which was $369.99 plus tax!
