That happened to me and everyone else I know with a pearl. I called my service provider (t-mobile) and they walked me through the steps necessary to get it all fixed up. I don't know about you, but I also used to not receive photos either. Also, when you call, use another phone because they will probably ask you to access a few menus that you won't be able to get to while you are on the phone.
