Both are great phones. I have used both with Rogers on trips to Canada. I would go with the Blackberry since Rogers offers it just because with some unlocked phones you can experience trouble when they aren't on their home networks. Right now I am using a Blackberry Curve and LOVE it. I have it on AT&T in the US, but still it's the same phone. The iPhone is very much a status symbol though, and with not many people in Canada able to have it easily it may be more prized there.
