Hi guys,

I did post a similar question b4 but didnt get any response.

I own a Motorola E770v mobile camera phone, I use to use XP on my other computers and the software and phone worked well on xp.

I now have Vista, but when I load the software disk for the phone, I get the motorola tools shortcut come up on desktop but when I try to open it, the motorola sign comes up as if its going to load but a second later a small box pops up saying update error on top of box and unknown error inside box.

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this, an update or upgrade to vista. I have had a look at motorola websites and I was so confused I gave up trying as I am disabled and cannot handle stress due to strokes etc suffered.

Is there any nice person out there who knows how to sort this for me, any help would be most appreciated.
