Howdy.I don't know how to unlock the Siemens cell 'phone but someone at an Office Networks-type store in your local mall might be able to help. The one in our local mall knows of a man who comes around every few weeks and for a fee ($60 was quoted to me) will unlock any cell 'phone you have.No sense in asking Siemens because they don't want you to unlock their 'phone so you can use someone else's 'phone service.Recently, I bought a cell 'phone (multi-band) on e-bay that was UNLOCKED so I could take it to Canada on vacation. I had to buy a new SIM card from Rogers Communications when I got to Canada and I have to buy Rogers phone cards for "pay as you go" type service.You might want to go onto e-bay and type in "unlock cell 'phones" and see what comes up; I do think there are kits out there in "e-bay land" that can be sold to you. There are certainly a TON of internet cell 'phone stores listed on e-bay alone that could help you. It can be quite overwhelming!You might also try contacting Radio Shack to see if they can help you, if you haven't done so already.That's all I can think of for now.
