fido phone prepaid plan?

well okay i need a new phone with a prepaid plan because i do not plan to use my phone alot
i would like a pink or black pebble
i been on the website
and it says 100 dollars
so im wondering how much it would be in total inclucding the activation of my phone?
anyone please
