Default If I buy a phone from Fido would I need to unlock it before I can use it on

my plan with Rogers? I recently broke my phone and I still have 2 years of my 3 year contract with Rogers left but the phone I want is from Fido and I know they share the same network so I was wondering if that was possible.

Yes you would need to get it unlocked first, since all Fido phones are locked to accept Fido SIM cards only.
