Fido Prepaid cellphone?

20$ fill up is 20cents/min., good for 30 days.

10$ fill up is 30 cents/min., good for 30 days.

i always buy 20$ and since i dont use it much i have a balance left of around 25$. If I only buy 10$ this time, will my new rate become 30 cents/min for the whole balance or just for the extra 10$ i put in???
