Switch from Fido to Rogers

Hi,
I have a Fido plan but I'm not very satisfied with them. I like my friends' plans with Rogers so I'm thinking of joining Rogers.
My question is this : Can I join Rogers without paying the cancellation fee on my contract? I have about 2 years left to the end of my Fido contrac.
