Default Converting protected files for rintone use

Ok, so I finally found a way to use the mp3 files on my computer as ringtones for my Motorola k1. Now I'm trying to figure out how to do the same with my wife's phone. She chose the new Samsung SGH E747 slider, and the phone requires all ringtones to be in DRM protected mp3 format. I can find about a billion programs on the net that will convert my wma files to mp3, but they all strip the DRM in the process. Does anyone know of any programs that will convert wma to mp3 while leaving the DRM intact, or is there a way to DRM protect these files AFTER I convert them?
