unlocked cell phone vs fido sim card?

ok so i just bought a samsung cell phone and a fido sim card (not from a fido store but from those local store)
and i came home and i can't activate the sim card online

and if i wanna activate it on phone they will ask me a store number and the representative number ...

how do i do it ... ??
