fido phone Why did Fido discontinue the $10.00 phone card?

I'm a senior on a fixed income and use my fido cell phone for emergency purposes only. I seldom use up my allowable minutes using the $10.00 monthly phone card, but now I find I am unable to purchase less than a $20.00 card. After two months of this, I now have a balance of almost $40.00. If the $10.00 card is no longer available, I will be forced to switch to another phone company.
