I need help with my nextel i560.....?

I have the motorola i560, and when i try to turn it on it will cut on for like 5 seconds then shut off. I have already replaced the battery and tried different ones, and even when i try and hook it up to the charger it will go on charge and then shut off and not continue charging. Can someone tell me what the problem is??????pls i need help.
