Default nextel/sprint phone bill question?

on a sprint/nextel bill do they outline every call that was made or do they just tell you how many minutes youve used. cuz for the txting they just tell you how many youve sent and recieved but im not sure about the calls since they merged. the bills seem thinner.

i have sprint and a few months ago i requested an outline of every call made. since then every month they do this. i know that sprint recently took a week where nobody could get any info from the tech support or even the website. I threw away the insert from my last bill explaining how the new bill would work.

Sounds like the type of billing you have got changed in Sprint's system. I would give them a call and make sure they are still sending you a "detailed bill" instead of a "summary bill". You can also go to sprint.com and set up an online account. From there you can get a detail of all of your old bills.

Hi,
I have had Sprint PCS for years and before and after the merger my statement is still the same, listing individual numbers for each call. There is a way if you log onto your account on-line to select a detailed or abbreviated format for your statement.

I Work For An Sprint Autherized Dealer And In My Most Recent Experience They Are Listing The Number Called Unless It Is A Sprint To Sprint Call. If You Are Still Getting Th E Paper Bill. If You Are Only Getting The Statement Then It Is All Summed Up Into An Overview.
