How do I transfer my contacts on my Nextel Blackberry 7520 to my new Sprint Mogul?

The bluetooth will not send over contacts from the Blackberry, but the Mogul accepts contacts by bluetooth from other carriers (such as Cingular). Is there some kind of computer program I can see the Blackberry contacts to the computer and then transfer that into the Sprint Mogul? I have over 300 contacts on the Blackberry and it will be a pain to move it over by hand...
