When i had the contract i had started the insurance policy with the i860. Now my friend gave me her busted i870 for my i860, can i throw my sim card in it and take it to Nextel and get it replaced. Even though i started the contract with the i860. And is my i880 covered in the insurance. I didn't buy the i880 at a Retailer.

Nextel somewhat sucks when it come to fixing phones and getting new ones. I have an i870, and I hadly get service and the spring is broken.. I had to call Nextel and ship my phone in for a few weeks because I wasn't covered under the "repair insurance policy".. If you are covered under it then they will replace your phone at a Nextel store, if not, you have to do what I did and send it in to be fixed.
