i need help with an nextel issue,where customer service cant help me?

i am trying to get a straight answer about my phone which supose to be deliverd 2 weeks ago via overnight and every time i call they give me other answers. and when they put me on hold they hang up . i am in tears and dont know who to contact anymore. it's enough that they gave me a stolen a stolen phone to begin with .please advice
