Boost phone work with nextel slim card?

so my nextel phone broke, now i need a new one, so i was wondering if I could buy boost phone and stick my nextel sim card... will it work?

Doesn't Sprint/Nextel use a CDMA network..lol.

CDMA networks don't use phones with sim cards, you'll need to go back to nextel and buy a new phone.
