I got a question on a nextel phone?

i'm getting a i850 nextel phone. most people have other companys and say nextel stinks but i have no choice. how is the picture quality on this phone? what is the overall quality...it's for a 12 year old for texting and taking pictures.....out of ten what's your rating 10 being the best.
