i HATE sprint, but i don't want to spend a gazillion dollars to switch, so i'm sucking up til my contract is over.
maybe....if i call cust. service a lot.....hmmmm.....

i'd like to point out that if sprint did what it was supposed to do, then maybe they wouldn't have so many cust calls.
i have called them almost every month about charges that shouldn't be on my bill. i ask, how can i fix this, what do we need to do to fix this permanently. block whatever you need to blokc, i don't care, just please fix it.
6 months later...it's FINALLY fixed, but they disconnected my husband's line and gave him a new phone number, "by accident" and then i spent 4 hours with them one day to get his old number back!!
they are a train wreck.
