my nextel i870 phone on the inside the screen is cracked and it is spreading

black blotches in the inside when u open up the phone on the inside the screen is cracked and black. what can I do about this.where can I get it fixed for cheap or how can i fix it myself.THANX FOR REASDING AND RESPONDING TO MY QUESTION
