i can text off my phone but it cost cause my phone dont have a plain to text mess. and i herd if you text of the site it doesnt cost you but im not sure if it is true

I don't think so it should automatically come with the phone and the service for free trial.

IF you don't have one you might not be able to use this feature. Better off calling the place you gotten this phone from or the company the phone was made.
