If I buy a Nextel off ebay can i just transfer my sim card to the ebay...

...phone with out problems from nextel? I already have a phone from nextel and their new phones are soo expensive, so i was going to buy one off ebay, but I'm not sure if Nextel will freak out if they find I got a phone from some one other than them
