What can I do to make my Nextel black berry to do some things for me?

I've a nextel black berry, and I check 3 of my e-mail accounts there, but if I reply from the black berry I never get to see those e-mails in my computer, I've tryied "reconcile now" but nothig happens....

Then I can't make it stop receiving e-mails on my blackberry once my regular outlook e-mail is on...

I've a instruction booklet but do not tells you anything about this subjects.
