Nobody can answer that for you - it would require a securities license. However, look at their 5-year, 1-year, 6-month, and 3-month stock results - not only price but at the volume as well. Look into the company's news reports and financial filings and reports. What is the business plan for the next year, 5 years, 10 years. Based on that, you can get an idea of the risk you are taking and if you think the price will go up, or even simply stay the same, you make that choice.
