LG rumor NEXTEL ????

i want to get the Lg rumor but i still have my doubts! about this being the best phone for me.

i wanna know if i can TEXT with my friends in mexico while im in usa and if i can TEXT my friends in usa while im in mexico without having to OVER pay for the service.
and how much would it be per month if i get unlimited talk nextel to nextel and unlimited TEXT ( both )per month?
