I've had verizon wireless as my cell phone provider for 4 years now. its has realllyyy great coverage BUTTT its very expensive. Tomorrow I'm suppose to be paying the cancelation fee and switching to sprint/nextel *same company* and i was just wondering two things. ONE- How is nextel/ sprint's service?? TWO- How is the phone called the LOTUS? Hope someone can help me thank you!!!
To reply to one of the answers. YES they do have terribleee customer service. I AM very nervous about the coverage but most of my friends have nextel/sprint and say they have never had a problem. I'm just sick of verizon wireless's tricks to renew my plan or charge for something crazy. I have heard that people have no problem with coverage and i have heard horror stories so I'm really really confused and im suppose to go tomorrow. Only good thing is sprint has 30 day warrty. so if i dont like it i can easily get my $ back and go back to verizon.

verizon is usually better than sprint though, with my experience.

i dont know about the lotus, but i know that the verizon's cell coverage is a lot better than sprint.
