Nextel extended my contract for two more years with out my knowledge. What's

my rights as a consumer and what I have had Nextel for over 5 years. The service has gotten worse and worse. I waited for the contract to be up to cancel and when I called they said my contract had been extended when I added text messaging and call waiting to my plan – which I already had! What options do I have?
