My nextel i560 cellphone keeps on saying "please wait to enter special code" what is wrong? what do I do?

I don't know. But Nextel sucks. Well, actually, Nextel doesn't suck, Sprint sucks. Nextel started to go down hill ever since Sprint bought them out. We had them for a year and a half and never had a problem. Then when they merged, everything went down hill. Serviced started to suck, kept getting dropped calls, charged for "free" calls. Even got charged for calling the help desk!!! Most everyone I know that have Nextel just dropped them and went somewhere else. You should too. It'll save you money in the long run.
