I have received numnerous calls from (760) 930 - 3472. Upon searching this nu,ber, there have been reports of me not being the only one getting harassed by this number. I refuse to answer it because it is long distance and I will have to pay for the call, and Rogers only offers a call management service to block it, and I don't want to pay for that either. I want to know how I can block a single number permanently. This number, upon further research belongs to a Crystla Visions / Microfot Systems and is located in Carlsbad / Oceanview California. I continue to hope that they will leave a msg. or stop calling and when reading up on this others have said that the caller just hangs up upon answering.

Unfortunately there is no way to block a number on Rogers Wireless as the call screen functionalitly is only available on the home phone service at this time. One thing I can clarifiy though, is that you would not be billed long distance for answering this call, as long as you are in your home area (all incoming calls are billed as local usage in your home area regardless of where the call originates from). You would only be billed long distance if the number you are placing a call to is long distance from where you physically are, or if you are receiving calls while you are outside your home area (all incoming calls would be long distance when outside your home area regardless of where the call originates from). You actually have to go through rogers if you want to block the number.

If you wish to ignore the call, most cell phones do have an ignore button.
