Rogers cell phone calls to other rogers cell phones in canada free?

My friend just left to manitoba for a visit and rogers covers the area, would i get charged long distance talking to her or is it free because for the rogers to rogers, also when she calls people in winnipeg locally from her cell phone is it considered a regular normal call or or long distance? Thanks
