I lost my cell phone and therefore now need to purchase a new one. I am on a Rogers Plan and I would like to buy a cell phone that is offered by Bell Mobility. Is that possible?

Bell and Rogers are both GSM carriers, so fundamentally they should be interchangable. It depends on if they program some kind of exclusivity into them.

I'd say they'd work.
