I bought a $49.99 Sony Ericson phone from Roger`s Wireless almost 2 years ago, ( April 2007). I washed my phone in the washing machine, ( very unfortunate accident). They were not willing to sell me another $50 phone, or give me $0 phone. I am a class A customer with them, I overpay my bill every month, in fact they owe me most months. Anyhow what are the ramifications of canelling the contract with them?? I`m not willing to pay any cancelation fee, as they have very . The only thing they were willing to sell me was a cheap Nokia flip phone, that I`ve never seen for $100.
