Rogers Wireless Prepaid?

I was wondering, if I were to activate a Rogers prepaid phone + SIM card online, would I be allowed to choose part of the number, such as the last 4 digits? My friend said that if you activate in store, you can request the last 4 digits, but he wasn't sure about online activation. Thanks in advance!
