I have a LG TU515, and i have been dieing to get a ring tone for it.The only problem is my dad disconnected the internet on the phone. I want to connect my internet back but....
I was wondering if you had to pay for a full month of internet or if you only had to pay when you connected to the internet.

if you had internet on your phone it would charge you extra by how many kilo bites or mega bites are used when you go on websites or download anything. when you dont use the internet on your phone you dont get charged extra, ony when you use it

Rogers does have a pay as you use. It gives you the capability but you pay per kb. If you're getting a plan they require you to have it on for at least 2 billing cycles.
