the $400 fee? So I hate rogers, have been with them for many years and have finally decided to cancel my plan. theyre telling me itll cost $400 to cancel. is there any way around this? that's freakin ridiculous. please help.

I had been with them for more than three years and I had only a one-year contract. After I canceled, they harassed me for several years to pay the cancellation fee. I refused to pay as I had not been told there would be a cancellation fee. They told me that most people were not aware of this charge. I have not paid it so, after many attempts to collect it, they have reported it and it has affected my credit rating.

Tell them they either need to fix the problems that you are having and also tell them that if they don't that you will leave for AT&T or some other big phone service
