Free Ringtones?????? HELP! ROGERS WIRELESS?

So i have a roger's wireless samsung a436 and its a decent phone and the internet is blocked on it by my parents, i was wondering if there is a way to recive the ringtones also i dont have a data cable, as this phone has no software or anything so does anyone have this problem or something similar? Thanks
