Okay so I've had rogers wireless for quite some time now, bought a phone, has some defects. They've tried to swap it for me like 3 times over the phone, but it never comes. They then told me that since I bought it in the store, I need to go back to the store.. It's now past the 30 day limit since they've been telling me. It's really their fault, so I spoke with retensions and they couldn't help me either, spoke to their supervisor.. I think rogers is getting worse and worse.

Anyone know what to do?
