When do you get your first rogers cell phone bill?

I plan on getting a iphone this weekend (either July 3, 4 or 5 09) and I am wondering if I will have to pay the first bill (including activation charge) on purchase or at the end of July from Rogers. Appreciate the answers, Thanks
