I can't find the exact figures for canceling a plan. I just got it recently, but the plan sucks compared to Fido ones and I want to possibly switch. Can anyone find/tell me how much it costs to cancel the plan? I've had it for about 1 month. and i have the 25$ mega time plan.

The ECF (Early Cancellation Fee) for a Rogers Wireless commitment is $20/mth for the number of months remaining in your contract or $400 - whichever is lower. Since most commitments these days are 3-years, I would say your cancellation fee would be $400.
