Hi. I'm with Rogers Wireless and I went to add MY5 onto my plan today.?
The lady in the store told me to go to the Rogers MY5 website, register and add on the five numbers that I want. So I go to the website, register, and then it asks me to add my phone number as an account. I go through it and then it asks for a PayAsYouGo number, which I don't have! I'm on a contract, not PAYG, and I can't get any farther. Help!
Anyone have this problem before?
All suggestions and ideas appreciated!
also: I would rather NOT call Customer Service as I'm usually waiting for 45 minutes or I get someone with a thick accent who I don't understand.
