Sprint Cell phone order...?

I recently ordered a new cell phone from sprint, I have the sprint tracking number. When i go to order history on my account it says "Order in Progress"
Does this mean it is shipping to me? Or are they still processing the order.. its been 4 days now and they said it would arrive in about 3.
Thanks!
Also, does anyone know where i can go to put my sprint order number in besides order history?
