Sprint Cell Phones: How can I switch phones w/out all the fees?

Right now I have the Pink Muziq™ by LG®. And now want the Pink Centro™ by Palm®. On the Site http://nextelonline.nextel.com/NASApp/onlinestore/en/Action/DisplayPhones it says its only $99.99 with a 2 year contract.

Does that only apply to new customers or old ones too?

please help!
