My sister is going to get a new phone and add a line on to our family plan. She is going to get the Rumor and there is currenty a buy one get one free deal. could i swap out my phone with the second phone she gets even thought my contract isnt up for a year plus?

yes, there's no charge for swapping out your equipment. just make sure the fine print for the buy-one-get-one-free deal doesn't have a requirement for activating 2 lines.

Well your parents would have to sign 2 contract to get both phones they just dont give you 2 of them there are little catches to it!!! if your parents wanted to sign 2 new lines then yes but other iwise you dont get the extra phone!!!!!
