I can't view my cell phone pictures online with Sprint?

I have a macbook.

This is for www.pictures.sprintpcs.com

Currently I have the applications (updated to the highest extent)

-Safari
-Firefox

And when I click on a picture to see it after logging in, it won't load.

The screen will show "processing" at times or the page won't even load all the way.

What should I do to reconfigure my settings?
(if that's what I need to do)
