HELLPPP!!!! how can i reset my cell phone .... it's a Mogul for Sprint//?

OK .. my text messaging it is not working ... it stopped korking about an hour or two ... it says ERROR CODE: 2 .... and it can not receive or send messages ..everything else its ok.. so i called cricket to get an asnwer (because it's a flashed phone) but they told me just to turn it off and it should work .. but it didt so ill try so reset it and see if it works.. thankss!!!
