Sprint pcs mobile broadband question?

Is 2 cents per gigabyte expensive for sprint pcs mobile broadband? I'm in the mountains in north carolina and I was wondering if it would be expensive for me to roam on the internet, I really don't know what 2 cents per gigabyte means. Anyone here help me please? I really just need to know how long a gigabyte is in minutes or hours or whatever.
